Board of Directors

Adriana Rodriguez ’16
Adriana Rodriguez earned a B.A. in American Studies and a Certificate in Education Studies from Yale College. Currently, Adriana is a Data Engineering & Analytics Consultant at Accenture. As part of the Applied Intelligence practice, she utilizes her technical and strategy skills to deliver end-to-end, data-driven solutions and advise clients on how applying analytics, automation, and AI can unlock value. Prior to Accenture, Adriana worked at an edtech organization that focused on using data to improve student outcomes. There, Adriana managed a predictive analytics project that aimed to identify eighth grade students who are at risk of not graduating high school. She turned this small 60k project into a 16 million dollar grant from The Gates Foundation. As a result, she was invited to present at the RStudio Conference and a Gates Foundation Conference about her innovative data system, analytics, and reporting work.
At Yale, Adriana studied abroad at the University of Cambridge and completed a research study on the role that financial freedom and flexibility played in charter schools’ accountability and performance. Adriana was also part of MEChA and held a board position as the East Coast Chicano Student Forum Representative. Additionally, she was the Executive Director for an on-campus organization called Ready Set Launch, which helped students from low-income, underrepresented backgrounds navigate the college application process. Outside of her education and equity-focused work, Adriana was a dancer, producer, and choreographer with the Yale Ballet Company.
Adriana was born and raised in Chicago and is the eldest of four. Her family is from a small town in Zacatecas, Mexico, and she is a proud first-gen alum. She has volunteered at Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, Diversity in Analytics and Leadership Program, The George M. Pullman Educational Foundation, and Yale Alumni Schools Committee. She was recently appointed as YAA Delegate for the Class of 2016.
